DJB is a Middle East culture curation brand. We throw dance parties, offer dj services for private parties & corporate events in the DMV (dc, md, va) area, and sell online merch.

At DJ Basbousa, we create dope designs & illustrations that both celebrate & satirize everyday life in modern Arab pop culture. It’s those seemingly conflicting dichotomies that make Arabic culture that much more vibrant and complex.
Our merch line changes by season and availability from our many vendors. Even though we offer a wide selection of Arabic apparel, tees, prints, accessories, home & decor items throughout the year, we don’t just slap the SAME illustration across EVERY single item and call it a day.
Our pieces are meant to inspire, bring joy, laughter, and fluff a dollop of sighing nostalgia.
