How fast can you deliver?
Factors that determine shipping are as follows, but not limited to:
- Product ordered
- Product location
- Destination country
- Size of the order
- Status of the network
- Shipping method available
When you place an order, it is received by my fulfillment partners, which can take up to 72 hours. Then, after they have fulfilled the order, your shipping estimate starts from there and it may take an additional 48 hours for you to receive a tracking number to the email you made your purchase with.
Where do you print locally?
Currently, DJ Basbousa is partnered with 26 printers in the US, 7 in Canada, and 2 in Mexico. While we can deliver globally, those rare orders are on a case-by-case basis where I source the closest vendor to the shipping address provided.
For orders outside the US & Canada
You may incur additional import taxes for shipping addresses outside North America and those rates are outside our control.
